Rebecca Fedewa

Rebecca Fedewa

Rebecca is a Development and Communications specialist with a state-wide nonprofit organization. Prior to that, she served as the Executive Director of the Flint River Watershed Coalition. Rebecca moved to Hartland in 2014, and began visiting the library with her then toddler son, who loved the trains and board books. As they both got to know and love the library, Rebecca wanted to get more involved with this amazing community resource. In September 2020, Rebecca was appointed to a vacated seat of the Cromaine District Library Board and later that year was elected to a full term. Rebecca has served as Board Treasurer since January of 2023. In addition to her current committees, Rebecca has worked on the Community Relations and Strategic Planning committee, and the ad hoc Millage and Executive Director Search committees. When not working or attending to library business, Rebecca can usually be found on the sideline of a variety of youth sports programs -- Go Eagles! Rebecca lives in Hartland Township with her husband, son, and their dog they have affectionately dubbed "Captain Chaos."
