Cromaine District Library and the Hartland Messiah Chorus are thrilled to announce an upcoming fundraising event aimed at preserving and maintaining the iconic Kilgen Pipe Organ located at the Historic Hartland Music Hall. The event, scheduled for May 3, 2024, at 7:00 pm, promises to be an evening of enchanting music and community spirit. General admission tickets are $25. All tickets and donations support the care and restoration of this cultural treasure. Purchase tickets in person at the Cromaine Library Circulation Desk, or buy them online at bit.ly/CDLkilgen524

The Kilgen Pipe Organ, a magnificent instrument with a rich history dating back to the early 20th century, is an integral part of the Hartland Music Hall. Its majestic tones have provided a unique and timeless musical experience for generations. Like any historic artifact, the organ requires meticulous care and maintenance to ensure its continued presence in our community.

This event will celebrate both the Kilgen Organ’s historical significance and its importance to the Hartland community, and feature talented local organist Rick Helderop, who will enchant the audience with a selection of music that showcases the Kilgen Pipe Organ's unparalleled sounds.  This event was rescheduled from it's original date of 3/22/2024, and all tickets purchased for that event will be honored.
