Purpose of Meeting
Explore Brighton Howell Area’s Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) Program cultivates tourism by inspiring employees, volunteers, and community members to turn every visitor encounter into a positive experience. The CTA Program is designed to train all tourism stakeholders to answer questions to ensure the visitor has the best possible trip. When visitors come to the Brighton Howell Area and leave with a positive experience, they’re more likely to return and share their experiences with others.
