At the July 27, 2009 special board meeting, the conceptual building design developed by the firm Penchansky Whisler and the integrated design team including HopkinsBurns Design Studio (preservation architects), JJR (land planning and design), Sellinger Associates (mechanical engineering), Neil Adams Lighting (electrical and lighting design), and Integrated Design Solutions (technology) was adopted. Adoption followed development by the building design team working with the Board's Planning Committee and Tom Marchesano, Owner's Representative at several public meetings, as well as progress review by the Board of Trustees at the June 18, 2009 regular board meeting.
